This Privacy Policy applies to download.summersagamods.com (the “Site”). It describes the types of information we may collect from you when you visit the Site, how that information is used, and the limited circumstances under which it may be shared. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We have no user accounts, no registration forms, and no purchase flows — the Site exists solely to provide download links and installation guides.

We collect only minimal, non-identifying technical data that is standard for any website operation:

• Log data — your browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and the date and time of your request. This data is generated automatically by our hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare) and is never linked to any individual identity.
• IP addresses — recorded transiently by Cloudflare for security, DDoS protection, and abuse prevention. We do not store or process IP addresses ourselves.
• Cookies — Cloudflare sets a small number of technical cookies necessary for security and performance. We do not set any tracking or advertising cookies of our own.
• Email address — only if you contact us directly via the address listed on our Contact page. Email addresses are used solely to respond to your enquiry and are never added to any mailing list.

The limited data described above is used only for the following purposes:

• Delivering and rendering the Site correctly in your browser.
• Diagnosing technical errors, broken links, or server-side problems.
• Protecting the Site against malicious traffic and abuse via Cloudflare.
• Responding to enquiries sent directly to our contact email.

We do not use any data for advertising, profiling, re-targeting, or any form of behavioural tracking.

The Site uses the following third-party services. Each operates under its own privacy policy.

• Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, and security layer. Cloudflare processes network-level data to protect and accelerate the Site. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
• Google Fonts — the Site loads two font families (Rajdhani and DM Sans) directly from Google Fonts servers. This request includes your IP address and browser user-agent. See the Google Privacy Policy.
• GoFile.io — download files are hosted on GoFile. When you click a download link you are transferred to GoFile’s servers, which operate under their own terms. We have no visibility into data GoFile collects from those interactions.

Beyond these three services, no analytics platform, advertising network, or social media tracker is loaded on any page of this Site.

This Site does not use first-party cookies for analytics or advertising. Cloudflare may set a __cf_bm cookie on your device to distinguish humans from bots. This cookie is strictly functional, expires within 30 minutes of inactivity, and contains no personal information.

You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to alert you when a cookie is being set. Refusing the Cloudflare security cookie may affect your ability to access certain pages.

We do not maintain any user database. Log data retained by Cloudflare is subject to Cloudflare’s own retention schedules, typically no longer than 30 days for raw request logs. Email correspondence sent to our contact address is retained only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, after which it is deleted.

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights under applicable data protection law, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Given that we hold virtually no personal data, most requests will be satisfied by confirming that no such data exists on our side.

This Site distributes content rated 18+. It is not directed at children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 18. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of the Site after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
